HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?All orders are shipped from Torquay, Victoria via Australia Post. We currently do not ship internationally. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your item/s.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED EXPRESS?
Yes, express post depending on location will take 1-3 business days.

RETURNSUnfortunately if you have changed your mind about the products you have purchased from FrancHome, we do not offer a refund, however we are happy to provide an exchange for the purchase amount. Item/s must be unopened, unused and in it's original condition and returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange. The return shipping costs are at your expense. We take no responsibility for returns lost in transit. If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 14days of receiving your order.
